Ransom Lummis serves as the Chairman of Pentagroup Financial, LLC. As Chairman, Lummis oversees strategic planning, financing and acquisition activities.
Through a partnership with Participations & Investments, LP, Lummis develops, administers and facilitates transactions to provide capital to middle-market companies for leveraged acquisitions, management-backed re-capitalizations and growth investments. Lummis also serves on the management committees of Cameron Investment Limited Partnership, an owner of office properties, and Mackey & Tanner LLC, an executive search firm. Prior to joining Pentagroup, Lummis worked with two private equity firms in Houston, First Sterling Ventures and Summit Capital, Inc. He was also President of Alegis Group, Inc. Lummis is actively
involved in community non-profit organizations and currently serves on the boards of Da Camera of Houston, which presents chamber music, and The Gathering Place, which
provides a clubhouse environment for persons with severe and persistent mental illness. Lummis earned a BA in English from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Rice
University. |

Michael Fletcher is the Co- Chairman of Pentagroup Financial, LLC. As Co-Chair, Fletcher oversees strategic planning, financing and acquisition activities. Prior to this position, he was Managing Member of ULQ, which owned Redline Recovery Services, LLC. He was the founder and CEO of NAFS. Two years after the sale of NAFS' activity he served as an advisor to the company through the first half of 2002. From 1992 until 1994, Fletcher was COO of INTEGRATEC and President of its subsidiaries (Equifax acquired INTEGRATEC in 1992.) It is here at INTEGRATEC Fletcher and his team pioneered pre charge-off collections. From 1981 to 1991 Fletcher was President of Debt Collectors, Inc. a large national agency. (DCI was acquired by INTEGRATEC in 1988.) Fletcher is the principle investor in ULQ, LLC and its subsidiaries. |

Frank Russo serves as chief executive officer of Pentagroup Financial, LLC. Prior to joining Pentagroup,
Russo served as president and CEO of Alegis Group, LP,
and served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Equifax. During his 30+ year career, Russo has served in leadership roles with nationally recognized collection companies including DCI
and its successor companies, (Integratec, Inc. and Equifax Risk Management Services) and GC Services. Russo earned a BS in education from the State University of New York in Buffalo. |

Gregory Paulo is President of Pentagroup Financial, LLC. He manages the day today client relationships, back office functions and strategic initiatives for the Pentagroup organizations. Paulo served as the President of Redline Recovery Services for 6 years. Prior to that, he was the Senior Vice President of Sales for Risk Management Alternatives, Inc. He managed the sales team and key client relationships for this $300M company. Prior to RMA, Paulo was Vice President of Sales at Equifax Risk Management Services, a former division of Equifax, prior to its acquisition by RMA. Paulo also served as the Vice President of sales at Innovis, a First Data Company. His work experience included working 10 years for Trans Union in various operations and sales management positions. |

Ron Rovall serves as Executive Vice President and Secretary of Pentagroup Financial, LLC. Rovall brings more than 25+ years of senior level experience in the receivables management industry. Prior to joining Pentagroup, Rovall served as Vice President and Managing Director of First Data, Financial Services, a division of First Data, Corporation. Rovall has also worked with Telecheck, a division of First Data, GC Services, TRW Receivables Management Services, and has co-owned a collection agency in Houston. Rovall earned a BS degree in business administration from the State University of New York at Oswego and earned an MBA from the University of Houston at Clear Lake. He has participated in executive development programs at both Harvard University and The Wharton School of Business. Rovall is involved in many community and non-profit organizations including John Paul II Catholic School. |

Bob Tobitt joined Pentagroup Financial, LLC in 2002, where he designed and wrote the company’s proprietary collection system, Pentagroup Account Recovery Collection System (PARCS). Prior to joining Pentagroup, Tobitt served as Vice President of technology services for Alegis Corporation, which later changed its name to Alegis Group, LP. During his career, Tobitt has provided technology services for a variety of companies including Surpass Collection Services and GC Services. Tobitt was trained in nuclear engineering for power generation before focusing on computing and IT applications. Born in England, Tobitt came to the United States in 1984 and obtained a permanent resident status in 1986, then became a U.S. citizen in 2003. |
