Our Proprietary Account’s Receivable Collection System (PARCS) ensures operational efficiency, including single-click commands to enter information, update records and track progress. We also utilize state-of-the-art call management systems such as predictive dialers, automated call distribution systems and digital switching to manage individual account activities more reliably and efficiently. Pentagroup's automated method of operations dramatically improves the productivity of our collection staff.

Pentagroup's call centers are located in Houston, Texas and Buffalo, New York. Our Houston facility houses points of presence (“Pop”) for multiple telecommunications carriers and is wired for total emergency power. In the event of power failure, Pentagroup receives power to operate on an indefinite basis from our on-site generators. This emergency power supply, in combination with our multiple uninterruptible power supply (“UPS”) systems, ensure that Pentagroup can operate for extended periods of time during power outages. Our Buffalo facility provides redundancy in the event of a catastrophic emergency.

A SAS 70 audit or service auditor's examination is widely recognized, because it represents that a service organization has been through an in-depth audit of their control activities, which generally include controls over information technology and related processes. Pentagroup is SAS 70 certified, ensuring the highest level of security controls and data handling policies.

Pentagroup maintains disaster recovery contingency plans and has implemented procedures to protect the loss of data against power loss, fire and other casualty. Pentagroup maintains a security system to protect the integrity and confidentiality of its computer system and data. All Pentagroup systems are located in its on-site data center which is equipped to prevent damage to the equipment in the event of fire.
